We sell careful data handling, so it would be strange to be careless with yours. This page says what happens to anything you send us, in the same plain terms as the rest of the site.

Last updated 26 July 2026.

the short version
  1. 01This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from a third party.
  2. 02The only personal information we get is what you type into an enquiry form.
  3. 03We use it to reply to you. There is no mailing list to be added to.
  4. 04Ask us what we hold and we will tell you, or delete it.

What this website collects on its own

Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no embedded third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request logs, including IP address and browser user agent, to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not combine those logs with anything else or use them to identify you.

What you send us

The enquiry forms on this site ask for your name, work email, firm name, and depending on the form your role, firm size, and a line about what is prompting the enquiry. Only fill in what you are comfortable sending.

Please do not send confidential client material, privileged documents or personal information about third parties through a web form. If we need to look at real documents, that happens under a confidentiality agreement and an agreed transfer method, never over this website.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and, if it goes further, to scope an engagement. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or add you to a marketing list. There is no newsletter and no automated sequence. If you do not hear back from us and do not follow up, the enquiry is deleted within twelve months.

Client engagement data is a separate thing

Everything above is about this website. The documents and records we handle during an audit or a build are governed by the confidentiality agreement and services contract for that engagement, not by this page.

How that data is held, where it runs, who can reach it and what is logged is set out in the security architecture we produce during the audit, and in the contract you sign before any of it starts.

Where we stand legally

Nexel Ventures Pte Ltd (UEN 202333215Z) is the entity responsible for personal information collected through this site.

We handle personal information in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012, and, for Australian enquiries and engagements, the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Where the two differ, we apply whichever gives you the stronger protection.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to us holding it. We will action a request within thirty days and we will not charge you for it.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore, or to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in Australia.

Asking us anything

Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests all go to the same two people who answer everything else here. Use the contact form and say what you want, or write to us at the registered address below.
