Each of the three ranked use cases carries estimated hours saved and dollar impact, scored on effort and risk. Not a list of opportunities: a ranking that says which one to do first, and why the other two come second and third.
That is the difference between a workshop and a business case. You leave with a number you can put in front of whoever signs, and the reasoning behind it in writing.
If the numbers don’t justify the build, the report says so. You will have spent A$12,000 to find that out, rather than finding it out in week six of a build.
What we need from you
About six hours of your team’s time across three weeks: a kickoff, two or three short interviews with the people doing the work, and read access to representative documents under NDA. We’re happy to work under your confidentiality agreement rather than ours.
What happens next
You get the report and a 90-minute walkthrough. If it’s a fit, we start the pilot and the audit fee comes off. If it isn’t, you keep a document you can hand to any vendor, including one that isn’t us.
